The period's top sale was 1986 Dublin Rd at $499,686, sold by Gordon and Denise Kincaid to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc and Onity Mortgage Corp. Dublin Rd and State Rd each saw multiple recorded filings. Several other transfers moved property within the same family or into a trust, and 11 of 16 recorded transfers carried no disclosed price, limiting a full read on market pricing this period.
