Richmond property transfers span $75,000 to $350,000 in July

Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds records show 14 Richmond property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only four disclosed a sale price. Those ranged from $75,000 to $350,000, with a median of $122,500. The period's top disclosed sale was 627 Lenox Rd at $350,000, recorded July 27. Ten of the 14 filings involved a bank or mortgage-registration entity as grantor or grantee, and at least three appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust. With price data available for less than a third of recorded transfers, the data does not support a characterization of market conditions beyond the raw filing count.
