Richmond recorded 14 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only two listed a sale price. Those two sales ranged from $350,000 to $499,686, with a median of $424,843. The period's top recorded sale was 1986 Dublin Rd, which sold for $499,686 on Aug. 7 to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and Onity Mortgage Corp. Dublin, State, Lenox and Summit roads each saw two or more recordings. Several filings were mortgage instruments or trust transfers within the same family rather than open-market sales, and with 12 of 14 prices not yet recorded, the data offers only a partial view of market conditions this period.
