Richmond Records 15 Property Transfers, Only 3 Sale Prices Disclosed
Richmond recorded 15 property deed filings between July 24 and Aug. 22, but just three disclosed a sale price: $65,000, $350,000 and $499,686, for a median of $350,000. The period's top disclosed sale was 1986 Dublin Rd at $499,686, sold Aug. 7 by Gordon and Denise Kincaid. State Road led street-level activity with four filings, followed by Dublin Road with three. Several filings involved mortgage companies, trust transfers, or the Town of Richmond as a party rather than conventional buyer-seller sales. With price data disclosed for only 3 of 15 filings, the period's overall market tone cannot be characterized from this data alone.
