The month's top transaction was 1986 Dublin Rd at $499,686, sold by Gordon and Denise Kincaid to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc and Onity Mortgage Corp. Dublin Road saw three separate transfers, and three of the four recorded sales listed a lender or credit union as buyer. With price data available for less than a third of recorded deeds, the month's overall market strength cannot be assessed from this data alone.
