Richmond deed record shows scant pricing amid 14 August transfers
Richmond recorded 14 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only four disclosed a sale price, ranging from $65,000 to $499,686 with a median of $175,000. The month's top transaction was 1986 Dublin Rd at $499,686, sold by Gordon and Denise Kincaid to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc and Onity Mortgage Corp. Dublin Road saw three separate transfers, and three of the four disclosed sales listed a lender or credit union as buyer. With price data available for less than a third of recorded deeds, the month's overall market strength cannot be assessed from this data alone.
