Richmond August Deed Prices Range Widely From $65,000 To $499,686
Richmond recorded 13 property transfers from July 31 to Aug. 29, but only four disclosed a sale price, ranging from $65,000 to $499,686 with a median of $175,000 among those four. The period's top disclosed sale was 1986 Dublin Rd at $499,686, transferred from Gordon and Denise Kincaid to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and Onity Mortgage Corp. State Road and Dublin Road each saw multiple recorded transactions. Several records reflected mortgage instruments, trust transfers, or municipal transactions rather than conventional sales, and with nine of 13 transactions lacking price data, the period's overall market tone cannot be reliably characterized from this dataset alone.
